Who we are

What this policy covers — and what it doesn't

This policy covers this website: the pages you're reading and the three forms on it.

It does not cover data processed inside the systems we deploy for customers — call recordings, transcripts, camera footage, and operational records living in a customer's own environment. That data never touches this website. It is governed by the service agreement and data terms signed with each customer, which set out retention, access, and the hard limits published on our product pages.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form, or send us by email. There are three forms:

Consultation request — /contact

Your name, company, email, phone number (optional), a description of your business, which of our systems you're interested in, your approximate employee count (optional), and anything else you choose to add.

Partnership inquiry — /partners

Your name, company, email, phone number (optional), the type of firm you run, roughly how many clients you work with, and anything else you choose to add.

Methodology request — /case-study

Your name, company, email, and anything else you choose to add.

Every submission also carries two hidden fields: a label naming which form it came from, so we can route it to the right person, and an anti-spam field that should always be empty — if something fills it, we discard the submission.

If you email us directly, we have your email address and whatever you wrote. There are no accounts, no logins, and no passwords on this site.

Cookies, tracking, and what's stored in your browser

No cookies. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no session recording, no third-party scripts of any kind. Fonts, images, and every other asset are served from this domain, so loading a page here doesn't tell anyone else that you did.

One thing is stored in your browser. When you switch the examples between Distributors and Auto Dealerships, we save that choice as a single word under up100x-industry in local storage, so the examples stay on your pick as you move between pages. It isn't an identifier, it never leaves your browser, and clearing site data removes it.

Server logs

Like any website, ours is served by infrastructure that records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and browser user-agent. We use them to keep the site up and to deal with abuse, not to build a profile of you, and we don't combine them with form submissions.

Who else touches it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form processor acting on our behalf. Formspree receives the full contents of your submission in order to deliver it, and retains a copy in our account there under its own terms until we delete it. Our email provider then holds the message the same way it holds any other email we receive.

That's the entire list. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we don't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation you started is live, and after that as part of ordinary business records — a record of who we spoke to and about what. If you'd rather we didn't, say so and we'll delete it, including the copy held by the form processor.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need to answer them. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but there is very little here to take: a handful of business contact details, and nothing you'd call sensitive.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@up100x.ai and we'll handle it — no form, no portal, no fee.

If you're in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we've collected, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of — and we won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you're in the EU or UK, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you sent us, and — where you've asked us for something specific — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes

The new version appears on this page with a new effective date, and anything material gets called out at the top rather than buried. We don't apply changes retroactively to information you already sent us.
